Send the drawing or your current quote
Upload plans, elevations, a window schedule or a quote from someone else. Photos of a hand sketch are fine too. Tell us whether sizes are structural openings or frame sizes.

Like-for-like price within one working day
We price the same specification, or suggest a better one, and send a quote with a drawing of every opening, the glazing, colours and hardware, and the size basis written on it.

Accept, pay the deposit, choose a check measure
Accept in writing and pay the deposit. We can supply to your signed sizes, or arrange a check measure: the surveyor records three widths, three heights and photos of every opening before anything is ordered.

We order and track production
Every size is checked against the manufacturer’s limits before the order goes in. Your portal shows the stage, the documents and the estimated delivery week.

Delivery booked and confirmed
We confirm the delivery day ahead of time, with the vehicle and the unloading needs. Someone needs to be on site to receive it.

Sign off on your phone
Whoever receives the delivery opens the link, ticks each item, photographs the delivery and signs on screen. Anything damaged or missing is logged as an issue there and then, with photos, so we can claim from the supplier straight away.

Structural opening or frame size?
A structural opening is the hole in the wall. The frame is made smaller to leave a fitting gap. Tell us which you’ve given us: the quote states the size basis, and for openings we deduct the manufacturer’s fitting allowance before ordering.
Your customer portal
Once you order, you get a login to follow the job: order stage, quotes, survey, delivery date, sign-off and any issue you raise. You can add colleagues such as your site manager.
